caseSHARE Chosen by Top Tier Insurer to Build and Host Litigation Extranet System

Denver Colorado, December 20, 2003-CaseShare Systems announced that it has been chosen by one of the largest insurance companies in the world to build and host an extranet system that will link the insurer and its counsel across the country on all of its litigation. The system will allow counsel to upload documents and other case information directly into the system, making all of that data available to the insurer in a paperless environment. Counsel will no longer have to copy, fax or overnight pleadings and other documents.
