caseSHARE Rolls Out Executive Claim Summary Workflow System for Large Insurance Company

Denver Colorado, September 25, 2003-CaseShare Systems rolled out its Executive Claim Summary System for one of the largest insurers in the world. The system links all of the insurer's adjusters to their supervisors and other executives at the insurer for the purpose of automating the claim review process. The system will be used by hundreds of adjusters reporting to all of the insurer's divisions, e.g. environmental, toxic tort, medical, products, worker's comp. It will also be used by virtually every executive in the company, all involved in reviewing the summaries and using them to maintain a handle on large pending claims. The system already includes data from over 6,000 cases and is growing rapidly.
