Using Extranets to Build Client Relationships

It all started back in 1998. A large corporate client called my partner Tim and told him the company had been sued. That, of course, is not unusual in our business, nor was the fact that there were dozens of law suits spread across the country. However, this time everyone in the industry had been sued. Ultimately, 340 companies and their law firms would be on the defense against a well-heeled plaintiff.
