Catalyst is starting an internal business development department and we are looking for people to contribute to the continued growth of one of the top technology companies in Colorado. Inside business development will work hand in hand with field sales resources to generate additional opportunities and revenue for the company. Responsibilities include:
- Obtain thorough knowledge of the litigation support industry, Catalyst's products, services, solutions, case studies, and business value to identify and drive qualified leads.
- Conduct thorough lead follow-up on opportunities generated by marketing programs. (web visits, trade show booth visits, seminar attendees, court tracking systems)
- Conduct research to identify companies to target for prospecting.
- Conversion of 60+ contacts per month from leads to prospects to hand off and close business in conjunction with outside business development managers. Work hand in hand with assigned outside business development manager opportunities and revenue.
- Achieve or exceed all quarterly lead conversion and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of telesales experience in a high-tech, business-to-business environment with outbound lead generation.
- Must be a positive high energy team player who is self-motivated.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and/or sales objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral & written) skills.
- Proven comfort and skill to navigate through all levels of an organization, and dig into a customer's business to help them improve their operations.
