Catalyst, Secure Repositories for E-Discovery, eDiscovery, Electronic Discovery

Catalyst Repository Systems, a leading provider of web-based document review and consulting services, seeks a highly talented individual to join our team as a Project Specialist. The position will be responsible for providing the first line of support, application assistance and troubleshooting to Catalyst’s clients via phone and email. The position will report to the Client Services Manager and will work closely with the company’s application support project management and consulting services teams.

Specific job responsibilities include the following:

• Answer phone calls to the Catalyst Support phone line.  Identify the client’s request/problem, research or perform basic troubleshooting, and then resolve or redirect the request/problem to the appropriate department.
• Review incoming email requests in Catalyst’s ticketing system.  Analyze the content of the ticket, perform initial steps upon the request and escalate to the appropriate department.
• Provide top-notch customer support while interacting with clients via the telephone, email or chat sessions.
• Respond to routine inquiries from clients and partners regarding the status of pending requests, how to use generally Catalyst’s applications and how to accomplish specific Litigation Support tasks within the applications.
• Work with the Director of Client Services to create documentation around custom processes, requests or other unusual tasks that are requested of the team.
• Act as a liaison among, clients, partners Project Consultants and other Catalyst departments.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of databases and legal technology as well as some experience in the litigation support industry.  The ability to handle multiple tasks/requests at once while still maintaining a high attention to detail is extremely important.  Additionally, the capacity to work under pressure in a calm, professional manner while constantly achieving client satisfaction is imperative.  Creativity, a team attitude, and a knack for jumping in and getting things done are essential. 

An undergraduate degree is required for this position.  Paralegal certification, BA or BS in Computer Science are pluses.
