Project Consultant – Mountain or Pacific Region

Catalyst Repository Systems, a leading provider of web-based document review and consulting services, seeks a highly talented individual to join our team as a Project Consultant. The position will be responsible for providing Catalyst’s clients with consulting, project management and account management services relating to large electronic discovery projects. The position will report to a Senior Project Consultant and will work closely with the company’s sales, marketing, and services teams.  This position could be based out of Catalyst’s offices in Denver, Colorado or may be a work from home role for candidates in the Pacific time zone.

Specific job responsibilities include the following:

  • Act as primary liaison among clients, partners, and other Catalyst departments.
  • Provide advanced consulting regarding electronic discovery, review strategies and productions.
  • Manage projects to ensure they are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Work with clients, partners and internal Catalyst departments to ensure all requirements are clearly communicated.
  • Oversee the day-to-day needs, answer product questions and communicate status updates.
  • Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues and continually provide exceptional client service.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to further develop client relationships and generate revenue.

Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and significant litigation support or legal experience in managing large/complex discovery projects (5-7+ years). Ability to delivery results and strong attention to detail are extremely important.  Additionally, the capacity to work well under pressure and constantly achieve client satisfaction is imperative. Creativity, a team attitude, and a knack for jumping in and getting things done are essential.  Project management and/or Six Sigma experience are an additional plus.
