Mission
The Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for expanding Catalyst's market share and revenue in corporate enterprise accounts. This will require a thorough understanding of our corporate enterprise approach, technology and offering to existing and future corporate accounts.
The Director of Enterprise Sales will report to the V.P. of Sales and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management, Application Support and other departments to define and deliver products and services for the corporate enterprise market.
Responsibilities
The Director of Enterprise Sales will:
- Work closely with executive team to define and implement strategic plans and company goals for corporate and enterprise accounts.
- Work with the entire sales team and partner organizations to manage account targets, prospects and the overall sales process for target accounts.
- Work with the Director of Partner Development and key technology partners (collection, litigation hold, review) to provide a total offering to corporations and their outside counsel.
- Work closely with Director of Marketing to execute marketing plans and to develop corporate leads, contacts, presentations, and proposal packages.
- Develop and set up new corporate accounts in line with sales activity benchmarks and quota attainment.
- Create monthly and quarterly performance reports for all corporate sales activity.
- Work closely with Regional Directors and Territory Managers to meet goals and objectives for enterprise account penetration and revenue objectives
Competencies
The Director of Enterprise Sales should have the following strengths:
- 4-6 years in strategic and corporate management.
- 3-5 years in managing and directing complex electronic Discovery sales processes.
- Demonstrated initiative to contribute to marketing messaging and campaign.
- Ability to develop and set up new corporate accounts and services in line with performance benchmarks.
- Experience with sales forecasting, strategic account planning and demonstrated quota attainment.
- Proficiency with generating complex proposals and supporting presentation materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, enthusiastic attitude, team player.
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and act independently
