Training to Prepare our Partners to Demonstrate the Features of Catalyst CR

The Catalyst Certified Demonstrator program is designed to provide certification to our partners to provide them with the skills to successfully demonstrate the CR application to law firms and corporations. Those who successfully complete the program will have the designation of Catalyst Certified Demonstrator. The goals of the program are to:

• Give participants the tools to recognize the potential client’s needs and demonstrate the features that are appropriate for their case.
• Familiarize participants with the Catalyst demonstration site, sample data, saved queries, and demonstration flow.
• Prepare participants to appropriately respond to the most commonly asked questions and scenarios that arise during demonstrations.
• Give the participants a review of the CR modules they will most likely be showing to potential clients.
