We provide initial training with each new site. Here are the available options from which you can choose:
Our most popular training session is for CR users. After your site-setup is complete, work with your Catalyst Trainer or Project Manager to schedule a training session for your users. Whether your team is using Dynamic Folders, the Review Module, or search and review, this session will be customized to meet your users’ specific needs.
Administrators of Catalyst CR have additional permissions on the site and will be trained on this functionality. This training is customizable to your site’s unique needs whether you are using the Assigned Review Module, User Administration, or any other administrator feature. Because this is a subset of users who will attend the CR User Training, the session is usually scheduled separately. Administrators of CR should also attend the CR User Training for their site.
Depending on the complexity of the review project, this may or may not be held in conjunction with the CR for Administrators training. The focus of this training is to teach administrators how to run a review project, including how to set up a project, add reviewers, batch documents, assign batches to reviewers, and run reports.
We can customize training for your group by selecting specific features to focus on or approach it from a particular user perspective, for example, general site overview training with basic administrative functionality. Additional Training If you need additional training, schedule it with your project manager or directly with the training department.
