Catalyst Review Training Can Kick Start Your Review Program

If you are new to Catalyst or need help getting a large review organized, contact Catalyst Training. We have years of experience helping review teams and are happy to create a training program tailored to your specific review. We can also share tips, best practices and assist with strategy.

We know from experience that an initial day or two with an on-site trainer can help your team get up to speed more quickly and reach maximum productivity. Our certified trainer will meet with your administrators and reviewers and run one or more training sessions right at your facility.

On-site training includes:

• Training, coaching and helping the group in the critical first days of the review project.
• Overseeing the administration and teaching your Project Leader how to manage the review, making sure reviewers always have documents assigned to them.
• Providing shortcuts and time saving tips to help make reviewers more productive.
• Creating help sheets specific to your case.
• Training administrators to run project reports and help individual reviewers.

Options

We can train at your facility or at an off-site facility. We are happy to discuss options and initial strategy at no charge.Trainers can come for a day, several days or the first week.
