Mr. Visscher brings more than 18 years of diversified business advisory, management, operational, financial and accounting experience to his position with Catalyst. Prior to joining Catalyst, He gained significant experience in operations and finance in his role as Chief Financial Officer at Insession Inc., Worldprints, Productbuzz and Streampoint Financial, where he was involved in operational aspects, contract negotiations and mergers and acquisition strategies and opportunities. Before working for these private companies, Mr. Visscher was a financial professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and worked with many private and public companies on equity offerings, start-ups, acquisitions, divestitures and multinational, multi-location operations.
Mr. Visscher is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
When he's not in the office, Mr. Visscher's passion for golf often lands him on the links. He also enjoys spending time in the Colorado mountains with his family of four daughters.
