Fast Track is our automated, integrated system for processing native files and loading them into Catalyst CR. With Fast Track, users can submit multi-language email and other electronic files directly into Catalyst CR. Our automated system will process, load and index the files and make them available in Catalyst CR for search, review and production, often within minutes.

Makes Processing Easy as 1-2-3

Fast Track makes it simple. First, take the files you want to process and compress them into a ZIP or RAR container. Include any type of native file email collections (Exchange, Notes, Outlook Express, MBOX), Office files, PDFs, images, photos, text files, etc. Second, FTP the files to Fast Track using credentials we provide. Third, watch them go. Fast Track processing begins immediately and continues until completed. That's all there is to it.

A Range of Processing Options

Choose from a wide range of processing options including:

• English and multi-language files (Unicode or specialized code pages).
  
• Explode container files recursively (Zip, RAR, etc.).Exclude NIST, system and other unwanted file types.
• De-duplicate globally or by custodian.
• Extract embedded objects but exclude logos/pictures (gif, bmp, jpeg).
• Create HTML previews of email and Office documents.
• Choose Time Zones for email normalization.
  

Once your files are loaded, you can use Catalyst's Interactive Culling tools to search, analyze and batch files for review.

Time Zone Conversions

You have the option to standardize on one time zone or use a different offset for each custodian, taking into account daylight savings time for all regions. We can also process all of your files in GMT (Coordinated Universal Time) for consistency across the population.

Real-time Reports

Fast Track automatically creates inventory and processing reports for your jobs in real time. Access the reports in Catalyst ST, our web-based utility that helps you track and manage support requests and download them in Excel format. We provide inventory reports showing the files submitted both before and after we have exploded the container files. We also provide extensive processing reports showing files processed, removed, de-duplicated and loaded into Catalyst CR.

Virtually Unlimited Capacity

Fast Track Processing runs against a grid of virtualized servers using processing and load balancing software developed by Catalyst. Because we wrote this software ourselves, we can enhance it quickly to meet new file formats or client needs. We have the ability to process multiple terabytes a day with our system and could triple our capacity in a matter of days. There are no practical limits on the amount of processing we can do to meet client needs.
