Catalyst CR’s security measures allow for joint and opposing parties to share the same repository. Secure fields and document sub-collections can be accessed according to user rights. Password protection, encryption, tokens and firewalls ensure data security.

Multi-Party Litigation

Multi-Party Sites	Supports joint plaintiff and defense groups and opposing party sites.
Document Sub-Collections	Set up secure document sub-collections accessed according to user security rights. Sub-collection security is protected across Catalyst CR's search, foldering, review and auditing functionality.
Public and Private Fields	Set up private fields based on user security groups so that different defendants can protect their work product. Users can search against any combination of private and public fields and create work product reports.
Private, Shared and Public Searches	Searches can be saved privately, publicly (available to all users) or on a shared basis among different party groups.
Private Audit Reports	Audit reports can be segregated by different security group privileges.

SSL Encryption	Transmissions to and from the site are protected by SSL encryption.
Strong Password Protection	Site supports strong password protection to prevent hacking.
Security Tokens	Use token-based authentication for an additional level of user security. Unless user/reviewer has the token, he/she cannot access the site.
Rights-Based Security	Our system provides multiple levels of security for users and reviews along with rights-based permissions for many user functions.
Secure Data Center	Servers are stored in cages at two secure third-party SaaS 70 compliant data centers.
Redundant firewalls	Redundant firewalls provide continuous protection.
