Site Management

User Management User management module allows administrator to set up users, give them rights and assign them to security groups.
Sub-Collection Management Admins can assign users to secure document subcollections.
Review Management Complete review management package allows review admins to batch documents, set up review workflow, assign reviewers and manage the entire review process.
Review Form Management Build and modify review forms using drag and drop. Forms can contain up to six columns. 
Redaction Management Set up redaction groups, create redaction tags and create redaction sets.
Batching Management Give users rights to batch documents into folders or the Review Module.
Bulk Tag Management Give users rights to bulk tag documents and determine which fields are appropriate for bulk tagging.
Field Management Rename fields, choose fields for searching, make fields editable and sortable.
Results View Management Determine which fields will be displayed on the default results page and their order. Stack fields up to three levels deep.
Create Secure Sub-Collections Administrators can create secure document subcollections and assign user rights. 
Auditing View audit tables that show user activity, searches run and fields updated. Extensive review and user metric reporting.
Indexing Utilities View reports to show documents that failed to index or those with no text to index. Find missing documents or review documents not proper to index.
Document Upload Upload documents to the site yourself.
Site Notifications Administrators can create site and organization notifications.
