With Fast Track, simply submit any volume of multi-language email and other electronic files directly into Catalyst. Our automated system will process, load and index the files and make them available in Catalyst CR for search, review and production, often within minutes. Fast Track Data Loading

If your data is already processed, take advantage of our Fast Track automated loading. Simply submit your processed files and a load file to Catalyst via our secure FTP site. Power Search

When you have multiple searches to run, use our Power Search utility. It allows you to upload hundreds of searches at a time and run them with a click of your mouse. Check results counts and folder search results in one batch or in separate folders for each search. Tag the records for the searches being hit and run reports. Clients use Power Search to run thousands of searches at a time, often as part of the document upload process.

Interactive Search and Culling

Assigned Review

Build your own workflow with our Assigned Review module and determine workflow rules. Add users to different stages, determine review rights and assign batches. Automated Productions

Our Automated Production module provides full control over the production process. Forms Management

We've automated most of the case setup process as well.  Start by creating one or more case templates that fit your style. Once the templates are built, we can create new cases to meet your specifications in minutes.

User Management

Administrative users have full control over access to the site. Add or delete users, give them rights to secure document sub-collections, and connect them with specific coding forms. Then decide among dozens of other rights and privileges from redaction, to printing, batching, review and many more.

Reviewers can be limited to specific forms and the documents you assign to them. Outside experts and clients can be given access to specific document sub-collections or limited in their access to sensitive attorneys'-eyes-only material.
