Our "Interactive Culling" service allows clients to do their culling online using our powerful search and analytics tools. Here is how it works.
Traditional Culling
Traditional culling was somewhat of a black box affair. Clients gave search terms to their processing vendors. The vendors ran the searches and reported on results. A client might revise the search through several iterations.
Once the results were satisfactory, the responsive files would be processed and delivered for production or loading into a review tool.
The Advantage of Interactive Culling
With Interactive Culling, you can load all of the files into our system or do some initial paring by date range or key terms. Once the files are loaded, you get a free billing period to search the files and tag relevant ones (or tag files to be removed). You are only charged hosting costs for those files that remain on the site.
Craft complex searches (up to 60,000 characters) to find relevant files. You can also use our Correlation Navigators to create multi-faceted searches based on email domains, key fields and concepts. Use them to find what's relevant and exclude what isn't.
