Lew Visscher joins caseSHARE as its new CFO

Denver Colorado, February 26, 2004-CaseShare Systems announced that Lew Visscher has joined its executive team as CFO. Mr. Visscher is a financial executive with over 18 years of diversified business advisory, management, operational, financial and accounting experience. Over the last seven years, he has had significant experience in operations as Chief Financial Officer at four private companies, involved in many operational aspects, contract negotiations and mergers and acquisition strategies and opportunities. Companies included were Insession Inc., Worldprints, Productbuzz and Streampoint Financial.
