Our Fast Track system provides automated processing of your native files. But even if your files have already been processed, you can still use Fast Track to load and index them automatically and rapidly.
If you can deliver Fast Track load files to us via FTP, we can stage and load them automatically and then start the indexing process on your site. In practical terms, this changes load times from days to hours, which benefits both of us.
All you have to do is submit your load file and data via our secure FTP site. The load file must be provided in an approved MDB file format. Documents must be delivered in a ZIP file.
Immediately after you deliver your file, we check it. If there is any problem, we notify you right away by e-mail. That allows you to correct the file and resubmit. Or, you can have our technicians make the corrections.
We can set up a custom case schema if you need one and then create a custom MDB load file container as well. As long as your load file matches your case schema, you are good to go.
