Catalyst Project Consultants provide assistance and guidance to our clients in the use of technology to support litigation and to manage the processing, search, review and production of electronic documents. They are experts in legal technology and project management.

Tracy McMahon

Tracy McMahon
Managing Project Consultant

Tracy began working in litigation technology in 1998 and brings her extensive experience to the Catalyst team. Tracy’s experience spans all aspects of the legal process from court reporting to law firms, working for technology companies such as RealLegal, LLC and Esquire Deposition Services. 

She has spoken at various legal technology events, including the Rocky Mountain Paralegal Association and National Court Reporting Association.

Julie Mitchell

Julie Mitchell
Senior Project Consultant

Julie began working in litigation support in 1991 and specialized in supporting complex civil litigation, insurance and class action litigation. She has extensive experience in litigation environments and an understanding of litigation processes, electronic data and of the use of technology to support litigation efforts. Prior to joining Catalyst, Julie worked at law firms across the country, including Holland & Hart, Foley & Lardner and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.

Julie received her AA in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Denver and her BA summa cum laude from the University of Colorado.

Colette Lehotay

Colette Lehotay
Project Consultant

Colette has worked in the Litigation Support field since 1996. Prior to joining Catalyst, Colette worked as a Senior Litigation Technology Specialist for Day Pitney LLP. Her experience includes consulting with legal teams on case management strategies. Over the years, Colette has worked with various litigation support technology applications including managing scanning projects and ESI processing. She also has supported trials and has presented at many arbitrations, mediations and trials over the years.

Colette was a member and also served on the board of East Coast Association of Litigation Support Manager (ECALSM), and has spoken at various legal technology events, including ILTA.

Jon Keller

Jon Keller
Project Consultant

Jon has worked in litigation support since 2005. Prior to joining Catalyst, Jon worked as a Project Manager and Discovery Consultant for Falcon Discovery. His experience includes creating privilege and redaction logs, drafting discovery responses and constructing case management strategies. Jon also has his own legal practice specializing in pro-bono criminal defense, and worked as the General Counsel for a commercial development company where he oversaw a multi-million dollar refinance, negotiated and closed several multi-million dollar real estate purchases, and negotiated and drafted lease agreements involving large anchor tenants. 

Jon earned his JD from the University of Oklahoma, and his BS in Finance from Oklahoma State University.

Maria Fraticelli

Maria Fraticelli
Project Consultant

A litigation support professional since 2005, Maria has managed complex e-discovery projects and coordinated global project teams. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for designing projects and review workflows as well as for improving processes to help her clients reduce their costs. Prior to joining Catalyst, Maria was the principal project manager for Iron Mountain, formerly Stratify, where she consulted with clients on collection, processing, review workflow and document production. At Catalyst, Maria takes a consultative and creative approach to helping her clients complete projects and meet deadlines.

Maria graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor of science degree in marketing from Johnson & Wales University in Providence.

Niki Timmons

Niki Timmons
Project Consultant

With a background in computer science, Niki has worked in legal technology since 2004.  She uses her deep technical knowledge to help her clients solve complex problems from building custom search queries and mapping custom metadata load files to providing custom workflows for review teams. Prior to joining Catalyst, Niki was a senior project manager at Autonomy (Stratify) where she managed large scale e-discovery projects and regularly worked on productions to the SEC and DOJ. Earlier in her career, Niki did forensic collection and analysis at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she conducted forensic data collections across the US.

Niki earned her Bachelor of Computer Science from Ohio University and was an Engineering and Technology Robe’s Scholar.

Gina Nuzzo

Gina Nuzzo
Project Consultant

Gina joined Catalyst in 2011 after an extensive career as a legal analyst and litigation paralegal focused on e-discovery. Before coming to Catalyst, Gina was senior legal analyst at First Data Corporation with responsibility for legal discovery and subpoena response for the world’s largest credit card processing company. Earlier she was lead litigation paralegal at several major law firms in Denver and Chicago, where she was actively involved in e-discovery.

A graduate of the University of Dubuque, Gina earned a Paralegal Certificate from Denver Paralegal Institute in 1998 and attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2002-2003.

Christopher Liscandro

Chris Lisciandro
Project Consultant

Chris came to Catalyst from the New York law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher, where he had been assistant manager of Litigation Technology Services. There, he was responsible for all day-to-day department duties and worked directly with clients to identify sources for ESI collection. Previously, he was a systems analyst at the law firm Chadbourne & Parke in New York City.

Chris is a 2001 graduate of Polytechnic University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science. He is skilled in a variety of litigation support applications and programming languages.

Tony Bond

Tony Bond
Project Consultant

Tony began working in litigation support in 2008, when he joined Catalyst as a Processing & Productions Analyst. Since joining the company, Tony has worked in several departments, gaining broad experience that gives him a unique understanding of client needs. After starting on the technical side of the company, Tony joined the client support department as a Project Specialist. There, he researched and performed troubleshooting and acted as a liaison among clients, partners and other stakeholders. Today, his background and experience with Catalyst's technologies and workflow help him excel as a Project Consultant. Tony regularly consults with clients on their review workflow needs and production requirements.

Tony earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from San Diego State University.
