Complex reviews can be time consuming to manage and hard to track, particularly when you are working with distributed teams. Catalyst CR's Assigned Review Workflow Module allows administrators to create custom review stages, automate document progression from stage to stage and track reviewer productivity. And, you can easily integrate teams across the globe.
Batch and Assign Documents for Review
The review process starts with the Batching Module, which allows the administrator to identify documents for review and batch them into review folders. Create sets of documents grouped by criteria such as custodian, source, language type, etc.
Once batches are created, administrators can assign them automatically to the review team or individually to designated reviewers, based on specific criteria. For example, documents in foreign languages can be routed to bilingual reviewers. Administrators also have the option of allowing reviewers to self assign batches. Once assigned, the documents are visible to the administrator in the Initial Review folder.
Customizable Stages and Workflow
Reviewers simply log in and click on the Review tab to select the project and access a "Review In" folder, where they find documents that have been assigned to them. After they review and save changes, the documents automatically move to a "Review Out" folder, allowing reviewers one last chance to QC their work. When documents are released, they move to the next stage of the workflow, for example privilege review, foreign language review or production.
Throughout the process, review administrators can monitor progress, reassign batches and add new workflow rules. Ultimately, reviewed documents can be slated for production or made available to the team for depositions and trial.
Create Review Reports
Administrators can create reports, graphs and charts that include metrics on the review process and the performance of individual reviewers.
View "Docs Per Hour" graphs for your entire team or for individual reviewers. Download charts or review statistics to Word or Excel.
