Support lines are manned 24 hours a day for immediate or call back assistance. Email sent to support will be automatically routed to an on-duty Catalyst technician for a prompt response. Please include your name, organization, contact information and a detailed description of your problem.

We also provide live support for Catalyst CR using interactive chat. You can access the chat line directly from Catalyst CR.

Project Managers: During regular business hours (Monday through Friday) feel free to contact your assigned Project Manager for questions regarding your site or for suggestions and tips on site strategy. We also have Project Managers on call during nights and weekends should their assistance be needed. You can reach one after hours by calling Technical Support.
