This allows everyone on the conference to see the presenter's screen at the same time. Instructions to use Web Conferencing

Before the conference, a Catalyst representative will give you a special access code that will allow you to join the meeting. Here is what you need once you receive your access code.

• Join the Conference:
  To join a Catalyst Web conference click here. From this page you can log into the conference, test your browser and get a list of international dial in numbers.
  
• Test Your Browser:
  If you have a chance, test your browser before the conference. Click here to test your browser for conference compatibility. If there is a problem, you may need to download the Java client. This is relatively simple to do and you access the propoer Java client by clicking on this link.
  
• Dial-In Information:
  To call into a Catalyst phone conference from the United States: Dial: 866.740.1260. Enter your access code for the conference.
• Foreign Dial-In Numbers:
  If you are joining a phone conference from another country, click here for the appropriate number to call. You can also get this list from the conference login page.
